Access Bars is a gentle, hands on process that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head. These points relate to different areas of life, including thoughts, emotions, beliefs, creativity, communication, money, control and more. Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed during a session, as if they hit a reset button on overactive mind.
